In the analysis data from the outlet of the second stage of the sulfur Claus reactor, the values of cos0.88 and carbon dioxide at 5.39 are somewhat high. Is this due to the lack of hydrolysis in the first stage bed? The temperature in the first stage bed is 310°C, while it is 238°C in the second stage℃
Carbon dioxide isn’t a big problem. There’s no such concept when carbonyl sulfide is this high. Has the catalyst become deactivated after one rotation? Is the data analysis still inaccurate?
