As the title indicates, I would like to know what applications ejectors have in the chemical industry. I hope you can provide a detailed explanation; thank you very much! What are some other new uses for ejectors besides cooling? For example, where is the vacuum pump used in the chemical industry?

In terms of chemical and petrochemical applications, steam ejectors are widely used in: 1) the evaporation and concentration of urea, where very large ejectors are employed, as well as some specialized ones ; 2) In vacuum distillation, those are also very large and valuable injectors ; 3) There are others that aren’t that large, such as silicone ; Styrene ; Ethylene glycol/ethylene oxide ; Acrylic acid/acrylate ; 1,4-butanediol ; Caprolactam, epichlorohydrin, phenol propyl ether, **, adipic acid, alcohol distillation, phthalic anhydride distillation, maleic anhydride distillation, ***/aniline distillation, alkylbenzene distillation, titanium dioxide crystallization, sulfur recovery. 4) There are many special processes in which ejectors are used; they are not necessarily steam ejectors, nor are they always used for vacuum creation. For example, there are special ejectors used for mixing, pressurization, reaction, and other purposes.
