Which expert knows how the recovery value of a pressure switch with non-adjustable deadband is calculated?
It’s all purely mechanical – can it still be calculated?
Is there a standard whereby a difference of a few units between the alarm value and the recovery value is considered acceptable?

You can refer to JJG 544-2011, the Calibration Regulations for Pressure Controllers, which specifies in detail various technical requirements.
I’m using manual Yatai experiments here; I’ve used three mechanical pressure switches to measure the alarm values and the recovery values. However, the recovery values for these three switches differ by 6 units, 4 units, and 3 units respectively. Since they are all new devices, I have some doubts regarding this range of recovery values, and it’s not possible to determine whether these switches are qualified or not.
