Before use, check whether the pressure of each air supply meets the required operating pressure, and conduct thorough routine inspections. Respirators, portable air supplies, and emergency air supplies must not be put into use if any faults or potential hazards are detected. During use, if you feel that the supply of air is insufficient, breathing is difficult, or any other discomfort occurs, you should immediately leave the area or use an emergency exit to get away. During use, the long tube attached to the mobile air supply of the long-tube respirator should be properly protected, to prevent it from coming into contact with sharp objects, corners, or corrosive substances, as well as from rubbing against rough surfaces while being pulled, thus avoiding punctures, scratches, or damage to the air supply tube. If contact with corrosive substances occurs, it should be immediately washed and dried with clean water. If the gas supply hose is damaged, it must be replaced right away. If the air supply vehicle for the long-tube respirator cannot follow the user at close range, another supervisor should be assigned to monitor the situation in order to check the air supply, issue alerts when it is about to run out, and notify the user in case of any accidents.

First, insert the socket on the mobile air supply hose from bottom to top into the quick-connect plug of the waist valve; thereafter, insert the plugs for the mask and the air supply valve as well into the waist valve. Remove the special waist and back straps, and adjust the waist strap and back strap； Insert the quick connector on the gas supply tube of the mobile gas source from bottom to top into the quick connector of the waist valve, then insert the connector of the mask-gas supply valve into the quick connector of the waist valve. Align the threaded interface on the mask with the threaded interface of the air duct and rotate them until they are tightened tightly without any looseness. 4. Wear a mask; the air duct can be secured to the waist with a rope or similar, and check that it moves freely. 5. Take a deep breath and feel whether breathing is smooth. Place the end of the air duct that is not connected to the mask in a location with safe, fresh air, and secure it properly. 6. Only after inspection confirms there are no issues, and under the supervision of a designated person, may one enter the work site.

Before using a long-tube respirator, it is necessary to thoroughly check whether all components are in good working condition, whether the mask fits tightly, and whether there are any damages or leaks in the air-conducting tubes. If any of these issues arise, they must be repaired or replaced promptly. It is important to note that when using a long-tube respirator in a highly dangerous working environment, there must be a second person present other than the user, who will monitor things at the blower end to ensure an adequate supply of air in the respirator. After use, long-tube respirators should be cleaned and disinfected promptly, and stored properly for future use.
