The steam coming from outside the system has a pressure of 3.5 megapascals; we reduce its pressure and temperature by injecting deoxygenated water and using a pressure regulator, bringing the pressure down to 1.6 megapascals and the temperature to 190 degrees. Reducing temperature and pressure also increases the steam output; it shouldn’t be considered a waste
I also wonder: for small factories that don’t generate their own steam, the cost of purchasing steam each year is quite high. Should they just install their own boilers? There’s more money then. .
The key issue is that your equipment can’t withstand such high pressure; you have to reduce it

Perhaps only this grade from upstream suppliers can meet the design requirements of the reboiler. After pressure reduction, the design pressure of the downstream equipment decreases, resulting in lower investment costs for the equipment. The amount of water added for temperature reduction is not large, and the increase in steam volume is also not significant. The turbine pump can be driven first, with the steam then being returned to the reboiler for use; however, under a 35–16 pressure reduction, the amount of oil and water is minimal. Furthermore, once the turbine pump stops (in maintenance mode), who will reduce the pressure to keep the reboiler operating? If the amount of steam is not large, use it at reduced pressure. To make comprehensive use of it to the fullest, it is necessary to compare the investment costs as well as future maintenance expenses.
