Inter-stage pressure and temperature overprocessing for reciprocating compressors

The six-stage, four-stage reciprocating coke oven gas compressors manufactured by Weifang Shengjian and used in our facility always experience problems where the outlet pressure and temperature exceed the specified limits after normal shutdown and restart. Apart from relatively severe contamination with sodium, there are no other abnormalities in the air valve. I would like to ask what causes this situation, and are there any good ways to solve it?
There is a problem with your stage 4 intake valve; it needs to be replaced. There is a problem with the valve; considering purchasing a PEEK valve disc might be an option. If that doesn’t work, contact Shanghai Huan Tian – they have good solutions.
The purification of coke oven gas does not meet the standards; the levels of nitrogen and tar are too high. The general process is: screw compressor -- oil removal, then -- reciprocating compressor -- subsequent system.
