As the title suggests, the answers are subject to quality control, with evaluations of the effectiveness of task execution and comprehensive control over costs and timelines. But it seems that quality control isn’t appropriate here – it has nothing to do with quality at all. Are the answers incorrect?
The Earned Value Principle is used to control progress and costs, not quality. Take a book on First-Class Constructor Management and have a look; the explanations in it aren’t detailed enough.
