Generally, a sampler is used for sampling; such samplers can be purchased or made manually, with some being simply 500ml reagent bottles to which a rope is tied to the mouth of the bottle. Note: 1. The sampling point is at the exit of the biochemical unit ； 2. Sampling must be carried out while the system is aeration and the mixture is well mixed ； 3. SV30 should be prepared on-site, and it must be mixed thoroughly before being poured into the measuring cylinder; however, the mixing should not be done too vigorously ； 4. For SV30 testing, use a 1000 ml volumetric flask; avoid vibrations, keep it away from light, and prevent large temperature differences between the water sample and the surrounding environment ；
