It is known that the Luchi nozzles used by Datang and Ningmei in China tend to get clogged, wear out, overheat, require frequent maintenance, and incur high costs. I wonder how the nozzles used in other MTP projects in China are performing Does anyone who knows know about it?
It’s not because of a clogged nozzle, but rather because the small pipelines in the liquid phase and the expansion joints are prone to breaking.
We have resolved this issue at Ningmei.

The expansion joint can no longer be used; the temperature differences are too large, which can easily lead to fracture. We replaced the expansion joints with other structures, and the nozzles have also been optimized for domestic use; the latest optimization has been in continuous operation for 4 cycles.
Then the clogged nozzle right now is probably caused by the catalyst powder brought in from the reactor ahead. Was your nozzle tested at Ningmei?
