In a water-coal slurry vaporizer, does the high temperature cause the slag particles to become larger?
It belongs to solid slag discharge; generally, the ash and slag do not increase in size.
Temperature has little effect on the size of slag particles; its impact is mainly on the gas properties
At high furnace temperatures, slag formation is easy; the solid particles are relatively large and have a nearly spherical shape.
May I ask what the reason for there being a higher proportion of large solid particles is?
