In a water-coal slurry gasification furnace, when the quality of coal remains stable, the gas production per cubic meter of coal slurry can be calculated based on the ratio between the amount of coal slurry fed and the amount of gas generated. Thus, the gas production at different loads can be roughly determined!
Depending on the coal type and gasification process, the effective gas production can be roughly calculated by dividing the mass flow rate of dry coal by the coal consumption per thousand standard cubic feet of effective gas. For more detailed calculations, a coal quality analysis report is required.
