Recently, the new type of fiberglass HCl exhaust gas purification and recovery device, developed independently by Xingta Fiberglass Co., Ltd. in Jizhou City, Hebei Province, has been put into use in various chlor-alkali and polyvinyl chloride manufacturing enterprises. It not only helps to address environmental pollution issues but also generates significant economic benefits for these enterprises. 　　At present, most chlor-alkali and PVC manufacturers use foam tower absorption processes to purify and recover the HCl exhaust gas generated during production. This method has low absorption efficiency, results in high consumption of alkali solutions for subsequent neutralization, and also causes environmental pollution. After more than two years of technical research and development, Xingtai Company has created a new type of fiberglass exhaust gas purification and recovery equipment and process system that integrates HCl exhaust gas purification with acid recovery (a \"two-tower integrated\" design). This device features low operating pressure, high recovery efficiency, and a wide operating flexibility range. At the same time, by combining this equipment with the new \"two-tower integrated\" process developed therefor, they achieved full recovery of the by-product HCl and zero wastewater discharge, while also reducing the amount of alkali solution used in subsequent steps. 　　This device achieves a salt acid recovery rate of 99%, which is more than 10% higher than that of similar equipment. The concentration of the recovered salt acid is ≥31%; it can be sold as finished acid or used to recover the raw material HCl gas through salt acid desorption.
