1) The cooling water should be transparent, pure, and free of mechanical impurities and particles. 2) The conductivity of the cooling water should be less than 0.5 us/cm during normal operation. 3) The hardness of water should be controlled to no more than 10 ug/L. 4) The pH value is required to be neutral, specified between 6 and 8.
