The operating pressure of the Kay membrane filter is high

Our facility uses a purification process that combines a pre-treater with Kay membrane filters for the treatment of raw brine. Since March, the pressure across the Kay membranes has remained at 0.07 MPa; acid cleaning solutions containing 15% salt acid have not been effective in addressing this issue. The raw material we use is brine, with inorganic ammonia levels ranging from 4 to 7 ppm. In the pre-treater, ferric chloride is added at a rate of one thousandth of the flow rate, resulting in a concentration of 0.5%. Analyses of organic substances, heavy metals, and trace elements show normal values. The water coming out of the pre-treater is practically clear, with no sediment floating in it. I would like to ask everyone what causes this.
