Introduction: At present, due to various factors such as equipment, funding, technology, and awareness, most cement enterprises in our country still use conventional filter media without coating for filtration. This results in a number of problems, including high operating resistance in the system, increased energy consumption, incomplete dust removal, and a short service life for the filter bags. To address these issues, how to improve the operational efficiency of filtration units and dust collectors under standard conditions as well as in various harsh operating environments, and to ensure their long-term reliability, has become an urgent problem to be solved in the cement industry. At the beginning of this year, Xu Shaoshi, Director of the National Development and Reform Commission, led a delegation to Hebei Jinyu Dingxin Cement Co., Ltd. to conduct research on vigorously promoting supply-side structural reforms, reducing excess production capacity, driving industrial transformation and upgrading through innovation, and fostering coordinated development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Wei Weidong, manager of Jinyu Dingxin Cement Company, and Wang Shunqing, secretary of the Party committee, presented a report to the inspection team on five aspects: the first-class process equipment in the company’s production lines, modern energy-saving management methods, technology R&D capabilities driven by innovation, internationally leading levels of energy consumption, and strategies for accelerating transformation and upgrading. 　　 At the production site of Jinyu Dingxin Branch 2, Xu Shaoshi asked with concern, “Have the desulfurization, denitration, and dust removal facilities been installed?” ”Wei Weidong replied, “The company’s 5 new dry-process cement clinker production lines were the first in the province’s cement industry to be equipped with SNCR denitration systems.” For dust control, Gore filter bags from the United States are used, resulting in a dust emission concentration at the main exhaust outlet as low as 5 mg/Nm3. This achieves near-zero dust emissions, zero SO2 emissions, and ultra-low NOx emissions. ” In the central control room of the second branch company, Wei Weidong explained that all production lines at Jinyu Dingxin now make use of automated control systems. The company has its own technical innovation studio, R&D center, and a highly skilled team for technological innovation, and all of the company’s data is collected automatically. Jinyu Dingxin utilizes automatic control methods such as the FCS control system, PID regulation, fuzzy logic control, and expert control systems to achieve comprehensive process management in cement production, **thereby increasing labor productivity. At present, the management level of Jinyu Dingxin has reached an internationally leading standard.
