The ground has been hardened; how should the motor be grounded?

The motor’s grounding wire should have been installed before the ground was hardened, but the contractors forgot to do so. Can we dig trenches in the hardened ground now and lay ground wires? Doing this will increase the civil engineering costs, and the company may not accept it. I wonder if any of you sea friends have any good suggestions?

Discuss the ideas with the client to figure out a solution.
Then smash it – give the customer a perfect answer.
Contact the civil engineering team at the cutting surface to redo it. The results may not be good either; was the grounding electrode installed properly? Doing it now as a make-up measure is only to meet future inspection requirements; the grounding resistance is estimated to be…
Forgetting something or someone requires time and effort; it is not feasible to make exceptions or compromises – things must be done according to the plan.
