The corrosiveness of hydrogen peroxide

Does 27% hydrogen peroxide have corrosive properties? What are the technical requirements for the selected pumps and pipelines?
Many of our clients use 304 pumps
Of course, corrosion occurs; it’s best to use pumps and pipelines made of PVDF, PTFE, or similar materials
Stainless steel grade 321 will do; for storage, stainless steel, fiberglass-reinforced plastic, or those with a Teflon lining are all suitable
Generally, S30408 is sufficient; for applications involving more than 50%, S31603 is used. The key is to ensure that degreasing is carried out beforehand. Otherwise, it’s very dangerous! ! ! !
Corrosion is inevitable; there is experience with using 304 at this concentration, so it is feasible.
I would like to know if fat removal is required – does hydrogen peroxide react violently with fats? Is there a risk of heat release or something similar?
