May I ask everyone, into how many categories are shutdowns of chemical plants divided? Are they short-term shutdowns, long-term shutdowns, and emergency shutdowns? What’s the difference? Are there any specific standards or guidelines for classification?
It should be divided into accident (failure) shutdowns, planned shutdowns, and bankruptcy-related shutdowns...
