What is being canceled are basically professional certificates; the CPA certificate is a practice certificate
Personally, I don’t think so, because the chemical engineering design industry will soon introduce professional qualification requirements (given the high level of competition, this should be a good opportunity to rectify the situation and reduce the excessive number of workers in this sector).
