I’m seeking advice from experts: among the pre-hydrogenation units in China, which companies use a process that involves dechlorination first and then hydrogenation? ? ?
I haven’t heard of that; I’ve only heard of hydrogenation first and then dechlorination.
Hydrocarbons are not easy to remove directly; converting them into HCL makes removal much simpler

The current AXENS process package employs dechlorination followed by hydrogenation
