Should I take the First-Class Constructor exam directly or the Second-Class Constructor exam first?

I would like to consult the teachers here: I graduated in 2011 and have been working in petrochemical production, process technology upgrades, and construction. Next year, in 2017, I plan to take the exam to become a construction engineer. I’m unsure whether to apply directly for the first-level qualification or to start with the second-level one first. Is it necessary to have someone else hold the second-level certificate on my behalf? Also, is it easy to pass the four exams required for the first-level construction engineer qualification in one year?
It is recommended to report all of them. Focus on obtaining the first-level construction engineer qualification, and make every effort to achieve it. Practice for the second-level constructor exam to get a feel for it.
You can take the Level 2 construction engineer exam first as a way to gain experience, and then take the Level 1 exam. After all, the Level 2 exam is held in May every year, while the Level 1 exam is held in September, so there’s no conflict
