Looking for regulations regarding scaffolding used for maintenance work? Problems encountered now: 1. For shelves that are 2 meters or shorter, the scaffolding workers refuse to set them up and tell me to find my own stool, claiming there are regulations regarding this ； 2. Load-bearing scaffolding is not allowed to be set up; it’s not even permissible to place a valve on it – people can only stand on it, let alone use it as a hanging point for chain hoists. Are there any relevant regulations regarding this? Help! ! ! !
