Recently, the color of the outlet hoses from our factory’s electrolyzers has turned noticeably red; in some severe cases, it was not possible to see the flow inside the hoses. Initially, we assumed that the high iron content was the cause, but the iron levels as indicated by saltwater analysis are within acceptable limits. I would like to know what factors can lead to high iron levels, and whether a resin tower can be used to remove iron ions
What are the iron ion contents in the primary brine, secondary brine, and brine fed into the tank? Are there any data? Has acid been added to the electrolytic cell? If so, what is the iron content in the acid? Your description is too vague. What do you mean by \"estimate\"? It’s impossible to see the flow of the liquid at all, which indicates that the situation is very serious. What’s the voltage level in the tank?
It’s too general – the iron content in salts and acids, the material of the pipelines from the resin tower to the electrolyzer, whether there is iron contamination, how old the electrolyzer is, and the condition of its coating
