For four-nozzle water-coal slurry gasification, has the safety interlock system been tested with feed under load as well? How was it done?
The interlock test should involve sending fake signals from the instrument backend to check whether the interlock is triggered. If feeding is done under load, then it’s probably a trial run. . .

The load test aims to determine the response time of the valve under pressure differences, thereby establishing the sequence for starting up the system. The valve actuation time should be checked from the SOE, not from the alarm records, as there is a time difference between the two, which can lead to misinterpretation.
