I need these property values for an undergraduate thesis project: those of an ethylene glycol aqueous solution with a volume concentration of 40% at -4°C. However, the only data I could find are those for an ethylene glycol aqueous solution with a volume concentration of 37.8% at -5°C. What should I do in this situation? Should the data at -5℃ be used directly as a substitute, or are additional calculations required? It’s an urgent matter; I’m asking all the experts for help:handshake
I checked the property handbook, and it only contains data for 40% volume concentration ethylene glycol aqueous solutions at 0°C and 5°C. Could using interpolation methods result in excessive errors in such cases?
