Strictly implement the \"Equipment Lubrication Management System\", adhering to the \"five fixations\" and \"three-stage filtration\" principles. ②Pay regular attention to the operation of the equipment; if abnormal noises or vibrations are detected, stop the machine immediately, investigate the cause, and eliminate it. ③Check whether the temperatures of the air compressor and oil pump bearings are normal. ④Regularly check whether the values shown on the pressure gauge, thermometer, and ammeter are normal and stable. ⑤Inspect the bearing area for vibration and abnormal noises. ⑥Check the shaft seal for any leaks. ⑦Check the alignment of the coupling, and inspect or replace the coupling diaphragm and bolts. ⑧ Clean away any rust, oxides, and dirt from the suction filter. ⑨ Check the performance of the suction silencer and the exhaust silencer; remove rust, oxides, dirt, and noise, and inspect or replace the relevant components. Regular inspections: ① Conduct vibration tests on the air compressor bearings and oil pump bearings weekly, keep records, and replace any damaged bearings promptly. ②Vibration tests on the air compressor are conducted weekly. ③Check the pressure difference of the oil filter weekly. Replace or clean the filter element if necessary. ④The quality of the lubricant is analyzed on a monthly basis, and the lubricant is replaced when necessary. ⑤Inspect and clean the flame arrestor on the tank pre-drain line every six months. ⑥Inspect the shell side and tube side of the cooler every six months, and clean it as necessary. ⑦Inspect the instruments and calibrate them annually. ⑧Check the performance of the air compressor’s outlet valve annually. @Inspect the gas inlet filter annually. ⑩A major overhaul of the air compressor unit is carried out every three years, during which damaged components are replaced and the main clearances are measured.
