Pressure 60 bar, volume 50 liters, Class 2 container – is helium leak testing required for inspection?
(1) After passing the pressure test, leakage tests shall be conducted on pressure vessels whose medium is extremely or highly toxic, or for which minor leaks are not permitted due to design requirements； (2) It shall be specified in the design drawings whether a pressure vessel required to undergo a pneumatic test also needs to undergo a leakage test.
Helium is not among the equipment for which collection is mandated by standards, but it still needs to be handled in accordance with design requirements.
