There’s not enough information. Did you install the turbocharger first and the final stage later?
That’s regurgitation occurring at the terminal stage. Please check: Is the exhaust pressure too high? Is the exhaust flow too low? Is it a problem with the injector design, as the exhaust pressure at low flow rates isn’t taken into account?

Here, when we turn on the gas extraction, we first turn on the last one, and then gradually increase the settings for the second and first ones! The cause of the shortness of breath is likely due to an obstruction in the back pathway; it is recommended that you check whether that pathway is unobstructed!
I checked some information, and it shows that the cause of the vapor pump’s asthma is insufficient cooling from the rear side; however, it’s still not possible to confirm whether this is indeed the case
Shortness of breath is usually caused by problems on the back side or by reverse flow of vapor; if the vacuum level remains stable, it can be ignored. If there are fluctuations in the vacuum level, adjust the amount of vapor and the cooling water volume step by step. Wheezing varies with the amount of processing and the peak load.
