Autumn moon over the flowing springs; a hundred feet of steep cliffs with tranquil waters. I often invite the bright moon to roam along these clear streams. The water, purified by the night air, serves as a mirror; the moon reflects on the autumnal waters, making them resemble jade cups. Su Zi longs to return and row his boat at Red Cliff, while Lord Yu could surely ascend the towers of Wuchang. The forests and springs clearly invite one to settle there; I’m too lazy to seek an official career in distant lands
