I’m a junior graduate; it’s been almost 4 years since I graduated. I work at a newly built refinery belonging to one of the two major oil companies. My current take-home salary is around 4,000. There is a tobacco company that is hiring for a position in fragrance and flavor development, but I don’t know much about this industry, nor am I aware of the benefits and career prospects in it I’m seeking advice from those who know more
