What are the requirements for the quench oil fed into the coke tower? Properties, temperature, composition, and so on!
Also, we use mid-stage oil as the quenching oil! What is the purpose of extracting the intermediate oil at the 18th stage of the fractionation tower? Does your factory have intermediate oil? Which layer of trays is it coming from?
The middle-stage oil is mainly composed of diesel components; isn’t it lighter? High gasification rate – it must be difficult to control the pressure. We used heavy paraffin oil, and the results were good

Very cold oils use either heavy paraffin oil or heavy crude oil. In some coking processes, heavy paraffin oil is extracted; after heat exchange, it is used as extremely cold oil. Some coking air defense towers are relatively large and used to store heavy crude oil, or heavy crude oil tanks are built. Use heavy crude oil as extremely cold oil. However, our heavy crude oil is delivered from outside, and heavy paraffin oil is used as the extremely cold oil
