Due to catalyst and coking blockages, stop the preheating purge pump, close the valve upstream of the preheating line, and remove the blockages
Check if there are any issues with the valve; if it’s fine, it can only be disassembled after the pump is switched over regularly.
It’s probably coking; the catalyst is blocked. Shut down the pump and replace the valve as well!
Small pipe diameter, many impurities; if it really gets blocked, the only solution is to replace the pump!
What is being used now is a dual-valve system, without orifice plates. Generally, a downstream valve is used for clamping, which facilitates replacement after wear.
The valve seems to be working fine. It hasn’t been taken apart either. It’s still running; waiting for the manager to arrange the layout.
With the nationwide adoption of dual-valve systems, orifice plates are used for measurement, and the valves are less likely to develop problems – isn’t that good?
I’ve heard others mention it, and it seems to work quite well. It still needs to be decided by the leader. :) There’s a question: with orifice plates, the flow rate is fixed, so in areas where there are large temperature differences, isn’t there any room for adjustment?
The pump is still running. Wait for the pump to be cut off and investigate the cause.
