Yeah, it’s hard to understand. Your software can only be used with its own hardware. This company was established in 2009, so it’s not been around long; logically, they should be trying to promote their product. Even if customers want to try out your software, that’s completely fine. After all, the software is useless without the hardware. I tried calling the free phone number on their website at first, but it was a dead line. It took me several attempts to get through, and then... well, it was frustrating. If it weren’t for the fact that the equipment comes as a complete set, I definitely wouldn’t use their product given such attitude
