A company upgraded its urea packaging production lines: First, in order to address the corrosive nature of urea dust, PTFE gaskets and washers were added to the bearings and shafts at the front and middle clamping points of the 4 production lines, thereby preventing urea dust from entering and **extending the service life of the mechanical components； Secondly, to address the issues of bag rejection and low bag success rate in packaging machines, the upper opening suction cups were replaced with ones made from a newer material. These cups are soft in texture and highly compressible, **which improves the success rate of opening bags and thus reduces the rate of bag rejection ； Thirdly, to address the issue of imperfect folding at the packaging edges, the distance between the folding machine and the middle clamping jaw was adjusted. After the modification, the folding machine was moved closer to the middle clamping jaw, resulting in closer contact between them and thus more perfect folding ； Fourthly, to address the issue of suction cups picking up two or more bags at once when delivering them, the PLC program was adjusted. After making this adjustment, the machine vibrates slightly after successfully picking up a bag, thereby removing any extra bags and **improving the efficiency of the packaging machine.
