1. First, remember this: never admit that you are an expert, because such a title comes at a cost.
2. After receiving an unknown call, be sure to ask what the caller wants first, and then tell them your current location.
3. Never try to resolve an issue over the phone or via QQ; the other party is likely to not know what a menu is. You can’t blame them for that – you can only blame yourself, as you’re always too lazy to explain it to them.
4. Don’t expect to be able to solve the problems you encounter right away, because what you face are always systems that have crashed or are on the verge of crashing.
5. If the other party allows you to reinstall the system, then don’t try to do any repairs, as reinstalling the system is the fastest way to solve the problem.

7. Learn to be cautious in your actions; before starting each task, remember to tell the other party, “I might not be able to solve the problem ultimately. Should we go ahead?” ”.
8. Inspecting the computer’s appearance should always be a top priority: check whether the cables are properly connected, and see if any other devices are connected to the USB ports, etc
9. Trust the hardware’s noise resistance; try not to open the other party’s chassis whenever possible. It’s sad that instead of becoming a doctor, one is regarded as a destroyer.
10. Be prepared to be criticized by others, as those who don’t understand computer knowledge often know how to judge others.
