Experience using CAD

I have been using CAD intermittently for about 7.8 years, and I don’t feel I’m very proficient at it yet. What software is available today for equipment drawing, capable of automatically generating drawings including equipment port lists, material lists, drawing numbers, etc.?
There are too many functions; not all modules are useful~~~~~ Use them when needed, as long as they can be used to create drawings~~~~~ Even CAD instructors may not be able to make use of all of them~~~~
