Fluctuations in heat transfer oil pressure

I have a heat transfer oil with 800,000 kcal of heat capacity. After the oil is heated, its pressure fluctuates by 4 to 2 kilograms at 100 degrees Celsius; however, no such fluctuations occur once the oil temperature reaches 155 degrees. What could be causing this, experts?
1. The oil is not cooked thoroughly, and the temperature of the oil rises too quickly; 2. There is air in the pipes and equipment; 3. The oil mist separator expands unevenly due to heat, resulting in sticking issues.

There are fluctuations around 100 degrees; it’s clear that the medium contains water. At this temperature, if water is present, the temperature generally tends to rise. This is just my opinion
