Is a structure that has only a frame or canopy on top with open sides all around considered a factory building? It is required that Class A storage tanks be placed within the factory building (is there a limit of not more than one day’s supply?) ).
It shouldn’t be considered a warehouse; if it is, then everything below the device platform would be warehouses.

All my production workshops are built this way; if they are used for production, they definitely count as factory buildings. A canopy is definitely not it; it’s considered a structure.
