Issues with using paperless recorders

I need some advice~ I’m currently using a Jiangsu Chuanyi paperless data recorder to collect data; after exporting it, I can only view the images on my computer. However, I want to transfer the data from it to Excel so that I can create charts myself. Do you know any way to do this? Or do you have any programs? Thank you so much~

Paperless recorder? I haven’t used it… It probably can’t be done. This can be asked to the manufacturer; it seems that only curves can be viewed……
