RT, does registering public utilities mean that the affiliation status has to be revoked? ! It won’t be possible to use it as a proxy anymore! What has the reform become like?

Affiliation has **always been prohibited**; it’s just that after the simplification of administrative procedures, chemical engineering design institutes may have a reduced need for registration certificates in certain specialties.

I think it’s very difficult to put an end to this practice of affiliation. Imagine that it are usually small companies that need certificates, and those who hold such certificates will not give up their relatively stable jobs just for the money associated with those certificates. As a result, a market for fake certifications will inevitably emerge; even if policies are introduced to crack down on this practice, countermeasures will still be found. As the saying goes, for every inch the virtue advances, the evil advances an inch as well.
