How to carry out sulfur blowing with gas?

When shutting down the sulfur plant for sulfur purging, is it correct to first remove the acidic gases, then stop the fans, and only after that introduce gas? What do everyone do? It’s better to first direct the gas to the sulfur production furnace, and then stop the acidic gas flow. Please tell me
Sulfur injection should be carried out at the appropriate time, using flue gas from gas combustion to purge the system. To reduce the load, ignite the combustion gas and then discharge the acidic gases; control the sub-stoichiometric combustion for sulfur removal. Towards the end of the sulfur removal process, gradually increase the oxygen content in the flue gases to passivate the system, and then cool down the system.
Did you really increase the oxygen level to 2% when you were blowing in sulfur? We still ensure equivalent combustion; the gas used is expanded gas, whose main components are carbon monoxide and hydrogen, so there is no issue with carbon accumulation
If parking for an extended period, the oxygen content should be increased gradually; this is not necessary for short periods, and the process ends once all sulfur has been removed.
