This phenomenon is unavoidable during use. This is a problem that occurs during manufacturing; during the production process, gaps may form in these areas due to winding, applying glue, or sticking, which results in gaps after curing and leads to peeling during use.
I haven’t been here for a long time; I came back today and saw replies from experts, thank you. It’s still the same issue: during use, it has been observed that the inner wall of the mold wrap hardly experiences peeling, while the occurrence of problems related to secondary shaping (such as sticking to the inner wall of flanges) is quite high. Is there any way to improve this situation?
For parts that are formed through secondary processing, to reduce this phenomenon, it is first necessary to prevent dust by keeping the area clean; secondly, the manufacturing process must not be simplified, and everything needs to be secured properly without any gaps, especially at the finishing areas where there must be no gaps at all.
Are there any tools that can be used to reduce the likelihood of this occurring or to extend the period before peeling happens? Because it seems difficult for the workers alone to take control, as there are too many unpredictable factors involved.
