How to maintain a clean environment at the gasification site?
If it is water-coal slurry gasification, the preparation of the coal slurry takes place in a less hygienic environment; all other processes can be carried out in better conditions； If it is dry powder gasification, the hygiene in the gas chemical processing section is also poor. In the long term, it is necessary to optimize process operations, conduct regular inspections to identify and eliminate potential faults in the equipment, and reduce the number of start-up and shutdown cycles. This way, with fewer maintenance tasks, the environmental hygiene will be much better.
The coal grinding system must be made leak-free; the slag skimmer needs to be properly controlled; the system pipelines should be made of wear-resistant materials to prevent leaks; and the filter should not be located on-site but rather in the slag yard.
