There are many refining and chemical enterprises in this area. However, the people involved in Kaichuan seem to be young adults. One should be full of energy and brave enough to strive.

To be honest, having worked as a technician in a workshop for so many years – in a practical environment rather than one based purely on theory – I’ve had to solve numerous real-world problems. I may not be an expert in this field, but I still understand quite a bit about it. In my own workshop, I’m good at identifying issues and researching them on my own; when it comes to handling things, I emphasize consistency, and I’m able to answer employees’ questions without any trouble. It’s pretty good – I don’t have any overly high aspirations.

We have great ambitions, but the satisfaction that comes from real life and our love for our jobs keep us content with the status quo. The mindset is good.
