About the minute before work

Has anyone ever done something right before starting work? I’d like to know; does anyone have a specific plan for doing that?
Personal protective equipment is complete, instructions before starting work are clear, and health status is satisfactory
We have done it before； It mainly involves gathering the relevant people together before starting the task ； Discuss the potential problems that may arise during the relevant tasks in the work process ； (from all aspects) ； And list the relevant countermeasures ； We call it KY (pre-discussion of risks)
Safety is of the utmost importance; everything should be centered around safety
Look in the mirror before going out to check that the protective clothing is worn properly~~~~
