There is a project that involves using heat transfer oil to heat sludge, with the sludge consisting of 75% water, 10% oil, and 15% residue. The goal is to raise the temperature of the sludge from room temperature to 95°. Please discuss whether it is feasible to use a heat exchanger for this purpose If possible, what temperature is appropriate for the heat transfer oil? Should the sludge flow through the tube side or the shell side?
None of them can be moved; drying is done using hollow impellers
It can be made into a reaction tank, with heating achieved through a jacket or external heating coil
