Ordinary bolt

High-strength bolts cannot be reused, while ordinary bolts can be reused. However, how many times can they be reused before it is determined that the bolt has failed? Are there any relevant regulations?
In private enterprises, any type of bolt that can be reused is basically used; there’s probably no mandatory requirement in the standards either
I’ve never seen any rule stating that reuse is not allowed
Here, special bolts are required to be inspected when reused.
I once saw a strange rule imposed by a property owner abroad: all bolts that were used in the pressure test had to be replaced after the test was completed. Damn, what do I do if it leaks again after replacing the bolts?
