Issues regarding the preliminary review for application to the Chemical Engineering major (Tianjin): photo tools

Dear seniors, I’m from Tianjin. To apply for the Chemical Engineering program, an initial review is required, but why does the photo processing tool in the application system show “Resource has been deleted” as soon as I click on it?

This is not for the preliminary qualification review; it only applies to ID photos
Same question: I encountered this issue as well. I’m not sure what size of photos are allowed to be uploaded – the requirement is 500k to 3000k, but photos with a size of over 100k are considered too large and cannot be uploaded
This morning I encountered a problem: the graduation certificate could be uploaded, but after processing it as an image, the file size was only 38kb, whereas the website requires at least 50kb. I don’t know what to do; the image, which was originally over 1M in size, ended up being only 38kb after processing. Moreover, I was unable to get through to the support line.
Try a few more times; eventually it will work
