My brother has always worked in private companies, and those companies aren’t very large; it seems like changing jobs is a pretty common thing there If the work is unpleasant or the pay is too low, people just leave. Then why do those working in state-owned enterprises prefer to endure it rather than quit? What exactly is better about state-owned enterprises compared to private ones? Didn’t many people lose their jobs in state-owned enterprises back in the last century as well? I would appreciate some advice from those who know more
This topic isn’t very good; it might get the post deleted.
State-owned enterprises are essentially businesses that handle social affairs; they have to take care of employees’ needs in terms of health, aging, and death, as well as those of their children. The situation is relatively stable, but it can be said that these enterprises bear an excessive burden.
I just want to know why so many people are reluctant to leave state-owned enterprises – what’s the reason behind that?
Crayfish, right? In case some idiot shows up, then the post will have to be deleted.
This is a fact that everyone understands but doesn’t mention. Otherwise, the post will be deleted
The pace of life in state-owned enterprises is not as fast as that in private companies; it is relatively stable, making it suitable for most people:lol
It’s still a sensitive issue. I’m just curious why those people prefer to work in state-owned enterprises and suffer there
It’s very simple: with state-owned enterprises, you’re taken care of for life, so you don’t have to worry about retirement. With private companies, you retire at 60, but then you still have to think about what to do in old age That’s the difference! It’s also the difference between civil servants and ordinary workers!
The key issue is that state-owned enterprises are no longer a guarantee of a stable job either. If one gets used to such comfort, how will they survive if they do end up unemployed? After all, the closure of state-owned enterprises is nothing new these days
Even if I fail, I’ll still get paid anyway; what’s there to worry about!
