24. Which of the following drawings does not require approval from the process engineering department? A. Hazard zone classification diagram B. Equipment layout plan C. Interlock system logic diagram D. Pipe section diagram. It seems to me that it’s D, but I can’t find the source.
The same question as before; please, an expert, help to resolve it. . . . . .
Those that require process approval are cases where the process engineering team has put forward requirements to other disciplines; for example, regarding the classification of hazardous areas, the layout of the equipment, and interlock control, relevant design requirements have been submitted to the electrical, general layout, and instrumentation teams respectively. The pipe segment diagram is something related to the piping specialty and has nothing to do with the process.
